This project had a very tight schedule. Begun in February of 2007, it had to be completed by May 31, for the beginning of Starlight's summer season. The project involved the removal of the exterior walls of the north ticket building and the construction of a covered pavilion on each end of this building. It was a real challenge to match the color of the precast concrete walls to the original Kasota stone used on the existing buildings of the theatre complex. A gable roof, deleted from the 1949 design because of cost, was added to the ticket booth building, completing the original concept of the architect.
