A. L. Huber was selected by the owners of Country Club Bank to construct a new 10,200 square foot two-story building with a branch bank facility on the first floor and tenant space on the second. This facility is located at the northeast corner of 135th & Briar in Leawood, KS. The work included a steel frame structure with stucco, quarry stone, and cast stone veneer assembly for exterior walls; concrete roof tiles, modified bitumous roofing membrane, and a standing seam metal roof with concealed gutters and downspouts. This was the second branch bank that A. L. Huber built for Country Club Bank.
