A. L. Huber was selected to renovate the historic Kansas City Club building located at 128 West 13th St. in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The first six floors were renovated as “The Clubhouse on Baltimore”. These floors are used for meetings, wedding receptions, and other premier events. Floors 9-15 were transformed into The Clubhouse Lofts.
The building is on the historic register and historic tax credits were obtained for the building’s renovation. A. L. Huber carefully removed the restaurant structure on the top floor to restore the building’s original “roof gardens”.
