The finest in senior living is available at Cedar Lake Village in Olathe. This community is the result of a great partnership between The Good Samaritan Society and Olathe Medical Center - the trust and capability of Olathe Medical Center joined with the comfort and caring of the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society.

A. L. Huber has been fortunate to be involved with Cedar Lake Village since the inception of the project. We have worked throughout the pre-construction processes on both phases, performed the construction, post-construction follow through, and have been a resource throughout the daily operation of the facility.

Currently, the project is composed of 102 independent living apartments and 36 assisted living units. Amenities include: indoor therapeutic pool, cinema, exercise room, three spacious dining areas, snack shop, large organized craft rooms, libraries, billiards room, game room, chapel, garages, and numerous gathering areas.

Cedar Lake Village is part of the continuum of care for the Good Samaritan Communities of Olathe which includes Olathe Good Samaritan Center for skilled nursing, the Hoeger House for short-term rehabilitation, and Olathe Good Samaritan Towers and College Way Village for low-income HUD housing for seniors and disabled. A. L. Huber has constructed or renovated each of the facilities in the Good Samaritan Communities of Olathe.
