While occupied by 172 residents and a full time staff, these apartments were carefully and meticulously remodeled resulting in much improved living condition for the senior residents of Olathe Towers and College Way Village in Olathe, Kansas. The project success is attributed to A. L. Huber's strict scheduling and selection of key subcontractors and individual tradesmen who were involved in the project. Many new friendships were created while working on this project. One interesting fact to share is that a detailed sequencing plan allowed for the replacement of 172 kitchen and baths in an amazing 13 week time frame. This made for less disruption time for the residents and maximum efficiency for the subcontractors involved - a WIN - WIN situation for everyone!
