industrial construction

Bennett Packaging

The Bennett Packaging project was a significant 150,000-square-foot expansion of their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, reinforcing their position as one of the largest independent corrugated packaging manufacturers in North America. This large-scale construction project aimed to enhance production capacity, streamline operations, and support continued growth within the packaging industry.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this expansion was the extensive concrete work involved. With a massive 1,060-yard concrete pour, this was one of our largest and most logistically complex projects. Project Superintendent Butch Schasteen highlighted the incredible level of coordination required to execute such a large-scale concrete pour efficiently. At one point, 16 concrete trucks were actively cycling through, ensuring a seamless and continuous pouring process.

Beyond the concrete work, this project demanded meticulous collaboration between multiple trades on-site, emphasizing precision, efficiency, and teamwork to bring the expansion to completion. Watch the video below for a detailed recap of this dynamic construction process and how we successfully delivered a top-tier industrial facility expansion for Bennett Packaging.
