The DH Pace project was a two-phase 51,000 sq. ft. project with multiple transitions that required heavy coordination with vendors and subs. All work occurred in and around occupied spaces, with a considerable amount performed overnights and on weekends to accommodate less disruption to the client’s employees.
The scope of work consisted of a mezzanine expansion and interior renovation to add open and closed office spaces to their existing facility. It also included a bathroom renovation, a complete showroom addition, and a training center addition.
