Fall River Health Services, Located in Hot Springs, South Dakota, is a non-profit corporation that provides primary health services needed for their community’s medical and economic health. This project was a 7,100 sq. ft., single-story, expansion to the existing hospital. The expansion includes eleven resident rooms, a dining area, restorative therapy, and conference/meeting space.
