The Good Samaritan Towers project was a 136,360 sq ft renovation to every senior living unit and all resident and public spaces. While occupied by 172 residents and a full-time staff, these apartments were carefully and meticulously remodeled. A detailed sequencing plan allowed for the replacement of 172 kitchens and baths in an amazing 13-week time frame. The project’s success is attributed to A. L. Huber’s strict scheduling and selection of key subcontractors and individual tradesmen involved in the project, along with a thorough communications plan with residents and staff.
Project Features:
- Extensive preconstruction services
- Safety & logistics for occupied campus
- Comprehensive communication plan with residents
- Fast-track timeframe of 13 weeks
