LTS Management was a 27,000 sq. ft. interior renovation in the historic Union Carbide building in downtown Kansas City, MO. This project includes the renovation to the 11-story Union Carbide building and the 3-story Larue Building. The two buildings were opened and connected on the first through third floors for the office space. The open office design called for private conference areas as well as a few private offices on the perimeter. The design and construction also included converting former office space into residential condos with an outdoor terrace on the 4th floor.
