A.L. Huber was honored to support MidAmerica Nazarene University with the renovation of its Cook Nursing Simulation Lab, a cutting-edge facility designed to elevate training and hands-on learning for future healthcare professionals. This 2,175 sq. ft. tenant improvement project involved extensive preconstruction services to ensure the precise integration of all technical components required for a modern nursing simulation lab. The new space includes a specialized viewing area with advanced audiovisual capabilities, allowing instructors to closely observe and provide feedback on students’ practical skills.
The project included a nursing simulation lab and a physical therapy training room, enhancing the breadth of training spaces available to students. Collaborating with university staff, A.L. Huber navigated each stage of construction to meet the institution’s standards for quality and functionality, delivering a facility that enriches the university’s healthcare programs.
