The Raintree Pediatrics Group offers personalized, preventative, and primary care for infants, children, and adolescents in the Lee’s Summit area. A.L. Huber was selected to assist the design team during the preconstruction phase and provide construction management services for this new 9,000 sq. ft. medical office facility in Lee’s Summit, MO. Completed in 2012, the high-end design and finishes complement the space and surroundings. Stone-wood façade, covered porte cochere, and high-end finishes are all integrated into the design. At the same time, the patient rooms, lab, and medical offices are close to one another, providing optimum functionality. A.L. Huber has completed three medical facilities for this client using a fast-track design-build delivery method. The client has commented that we focus on providing the highest quality and the continued “service after the sale” attitude as to why they continue to work with A.L. Huber on their projects.
