6360 Sprint Parkway on the T-Mobile Campus in Overland Park was an outdated, dark, uncollaborative 4-story office building. The 250,000 sq. ft. renovation includes a collaborative, open, and light-filled office environment. Also, in 6360, A.L. Huber completed The Hub Cafe and a state-of-the-art Conference Center.
Preconstruction was a critical component of the fast-track construction schedule. Our team brought together vendors and designers to ensure fast approval on critical procurement items. Schedule-driving scopes were identified during preconstruction and durations were communicated to vendors and subcontractors. The design team, the owner, and all the trades worked in concert to complete the renovation ahead of schedule.
