Heartland Services – Cocherl Family Foundation

The Heartland Services project is a 22,000 sq ft Jeffersonian-designed building for the Cocherl Family Foundation. This is the third building on the Leawood, KS site we have built for the Cocherl Family. High-end finishes and materials were used throughout the two-story building, including a steel structure with mason veneer exterior.

Project Features:

  • Extensive preconstruction services
  • Modeled after Thomas Jefferson’s neoclassical style
