GE Capital was a 10,000 sq. ft. corporate tenant improvement project on the Aspiria campus. This project was a Design-Build project in partnership with Perspective Architecture.
GE Capital is the financial sector of General Electric, and they are committed to the challenge of building a world that works. The client wanted to refresh the overall space to fit more with the GE brand and feel. Perspective designed an industrial modern office with raw steel and custom wood paneling. The A.L. Huber team installed a reverse osmosis system to purify the water that feeds the employee coffee bar to provide them with a high- quality cup of coffee for the collaborative space.
