The TEVA project was a 47,000 sq. ft. transformation of a former fitness facility into a state-of-the-art office and specialty pharmacy facility. Located in a pedestrian retail district, the demolition and construction were managed with safety at the top of mind.
After extensive demolition, the construction included structural reinforcing, new roof overlay, floor infill and pour back, curtain wall glazing and metal panels, new HVAC systems isolating the pharmacy from general office space, electrical including an emergency backup generator, and complete site improvements, including parking surfaces, lighting, and landscape. The building and pharmacy mechanical systems were an important component of the project.
TEVA vacated the building just over a year after completing this extensive renovation. Assist RX then moved in, and A.L. Huber worked alongside JLL to remodel 20,000 sq. ft. of the facility to accommodate the new tenant’s needs.
