Sam Rodgers Health Center broke ground this week on a new $23.5 Million pediatric wing! We are working with HJM Architects and Benson Method as the Owner’s Representative. The project is located in the Historic Northeast’s Independence Plaza Neighborhood in Kansas City, MO. The project includes a new 40-room, 30,000-square-foot pediatric wing. It will house WIC, behavioral health, and dental to enhance the accessibility of these services—and is slated to create 37 new jobs.
