The construction phase starts with a detailed road map for safety and logistics based on our master schedule. Safety First
With an EMR of 0.80, safety is not just a plan but the most important activity on each construction site. We will work with you and the design team to develop a site-specific safety and logistics plan. Project Superintendents will lead the implementation and work collaboratively with the Project Manager to keep your site safe.
Schedule Management
The A.L. Huber project managers and superintendents collaborate with the entire project team to ensure preconstruction plans are correctly executed and materials are procured on time. Schedules are updated weekly throughout construction to allow for rapid adjustments. Additionally, weekly three-week look-ahead schedules provide detailed insight into site activities.
Cost Control
Throughout the construction process, A.L. Huber’s project managers and superintendents work to maintain rigorous cost control. Regular budget reviews and updates are conducted to ensure expenditures remain aligned with projections. Detailed cost tracking and reporting enable timely adjustments, fostering financial efficiency and ensuring project success.
