Our Kansas City PBS project faced significant safety challenges due to its location amidst a busy thoroughfare. From managing traffic flow to safeguarding pedestrian pathways, we implemented proactive measures to ensure our team’s and the public’s well-being. Security was paramount, with comprehensive measures in place to protect the site and personnel. Coordinating with KCPBS, we minimized disruptions to their operational TV station while navigating historic renovations and sensitive filming equipment.
Despite the hurdles, our unwavering commitment to safety resulted in exemplary performance stats: 0 loss-day accidents, 0 injuries, and 0 near misses. Safety first, always!
